Great article, and thank you for sharing. Andrew was a light in the darkness, a smile in a roomful of scowls. In my opinion, grunge needed some glitter, and Andrew had it. RIP Andrew, say hi to Olympus for us. Atomic Love oxox

Couldn’t have said it better myself… MLB is undeniably more than just a band, and Andrew was more than an iconic singer…both were ushering a new sound and movement on gilded wings.

My wife has a small Chinese restaurant and are experiencing exactly the same thing. She originally was using YELP as a type of quality control. Very useful UNTIL the rep called and said if she advertised on YELP she could select the reviews that appear first. She decided not to-could afford the monthly fee and suddenly her 5 star reviews are “filtered out”. This si not how America is supposed to operate.

Shadow has some old cassettes but sadly too few to loan me one for the review. Rick offered to let me listen to it in his truck sometime so I might take him up on that offer, and he did say they might eventually release something on Pearl Jam’s Monkey Wrench label. I’ll be sure to let people know if they put anything out.
